Anything ever mentioned on my Facebook directed at Detective Bill Marshall is all "alleged", only saved or written on here because I had no where else to save it, as well to inform anyone who may care as to my current safety.

My Questions: 

"So, how'd you get past the locked door, with no way of entry, and myself saying you were not allowed, and after I was swore at and yelled at then pushed and assaulted?" 

"Why didn't you stay when I told you the police were on their way, when you saw me dial 911 after the assault and unlawful entry, and instead when I told you this while speaking to 911 on my cell phone, you left quickly and it looked to me to be in desperation, without answering me when I asked "what just happened, what did you do and why, can you explain yourself?"

"Why would you use this extreme misuse of force, with no verbal explanation for following me other than wanting to 'end the investigation', which you yelled, swore, harassed, verbally abused and pushed me over, when you said you were going to end the investigation yourself regardless?"

"Are you in a relationship or have a friendship with the officers in question, regarding the investigation you are heading, this situation was the product of?"

If needed, credibility response:

"And if it was your opinion that I was not credible, why didn't you go solely off of that, when I said I would like the investigation to continue, and if it is beyond my control for it to end, I've done my part, because I would have liked to see it through?"

"Instead you committed offences  like verbal abuse: yelling, swearing, harassing, and being physically abusive and threatening, and pushing me in the process of unlawful entry."

Detective Bill Marshall does have relationships with Milton officers:

It should be noted the Milton police station on Childs drive said they wouldn't make a report about it, despite the only way of entry for him was unwanted and by assault, and that he didn't stay for the police to show up at the time I called 911 and told him they were on their way, which shows him being guilty in some way. The sergeant at the station in Milton at the time said "he could vouch for the OIPRD detective Bill Marshall and that I wasn't credible" (but didn't elaborate on why).

Given the OIPRD Detective Bill Marshall had a relationship with officers at the station that were involved in the investigation he was heading, who said they would vouch for him, including the higher ranking sergeants, to the point of not making a report of assault, abuse, unlawful entry and misuse of force, it point at the detective does have a relationship with the officers involved in the OIPRD investigation.

If this is the case is this legal to have someone reviewing a personal friend?

If he lies and claims I'm not logical, he said in the car that "I didn't seem illogical at all, I could keep a conversation and seemed very with it."

There wasn't a struggle, it was just abuse, comment:

I didn't resist the officer physically when he yelled, swore, harassed me, and pushed me, I just called 911 after he did so.

If he claims there was a struggle, which is impossible, then how did that occur when I was just trying to enter my apartment door, with no voiced cause of concern regarding my own business or possible criminal behaviour, and that I called 911 after?

"Why were you abusively and violently enthusiastic to end the investigation? After trying to get me to give you permission of my own to end it, over and over to the point of yelling, saying the f word, and violently shoving me and unlawful entry?"

"Isn't the indoor hallway of the apartments the private property of the land lord and apartment owners?"

"Why didn't you go about investigating and entering the legal way, without my permission?"

"At one point in the car you said you had the Aug 30th gunshot report when I asked about it, which I said there wasn't a report made according to the staff sergeant in Milton, you looked at a report like you were reading it, pointed at it and said "yeah, it's here, it was made", then 10 minutes later I asked to see it, you looked at the only papers that were in your hands, the only papers you had, and said you didn't bring it. What's your response to this?"

"As well, you said at one point you thoroughly researched the whole investigation and all of the reports extensively, to where "it had been exhausted", then later told me you "only read one or two reports", when there were many". What is your response?"

"As well you told me officer Knight investigated the family and traced the cousin who may have let off the shot, given you lied to me I'm wondering if this is true, because officer Knight told me days after when I called the police again because of threats I was getting, that he wasn't going to, in the Longo's parking lot in Milton."

All of this is "Alleged"

No charges were made, after the only way he could have got in was by pushing me through a locked door, the buzzer doesn't work, he didn't talk to anyone but me and I said don't follow me in after "allegedly" (I have to put), yelling at me, swearing at me, getting very physical body language wise, and then pushing me after I opened the door, he did so aggressively. He had no permissions to enter the indoor hallway, which belongs either to the residents or the land owner (either way it is private property, I looked it up), after the outdoor hallway, after assaulting me.

All I would have to ask in court is, "how did you get to the indoor hallway where my apartment is, with our buzzer being broken, not talking to anyone (he had followed me the whole time in an intimidating manner), and with me saying "don't follow me, you are being aggressive and it's against the law"?

And "why didn't you stay when I told you I phoned 911 and police were on the way, and when I asked you as you were leaving, desperately and quickly, for an explanation of what had happened, what you did and why, you didn't say anything and peeled off in your car?"

And yes it will go that far, I'm wondering why he was so violently enthusiastic about ending the investigation I filed, which had to do with officers and inconsistent reports regarding the HA, after yelling and swearing at me, over me saying I would like it to continue, as a report wasn't made involving a gun shot, which he said he had the report with him saying "this is it" looking at it like he was reading it, then later when I asked again he looked at the same sheets he was holding and pointed at and said he didn't bring it. So after verbally aggressively trying to get me to end the investigation in the car where we had the appointment set, the parking lot, saying he would end it himself with or without my permission, he shoved me and assaulted me and broke in to private property, by unlawful and violent means, then he took off when I said police were on the way.

The local police at the station wouldn't make a report on him, saying "I can vouch for him, you aren't very credible". Wow, having friends in the police must be nice.

I WAS ASSAULTED BY AN OFFICER TODAY 12/11/2013

GET A COPY OF 911 CALL BETWEEN 2-3 PM TODAY.

THE MEETING FOR THE INFORMATION REGARDING THE INVESTIGATION WAS IN THE APARTMENT PARKING LOT IN HIS CAR, WITH THE OIPRO DETECTIVE IN HALTON REGION.

HE TRIED TO GET ME TO CANCEL THE INVESTIGATION AND VERBALLY WOULDN'T LET ME SAY THAT'S ENOUGH, WE WENT IN CIRCLES.

HE SAID HE HAD REPORTS ONE MINUTE, LOOKED AT THE SAME REPORTS THEN SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE IT. AUG 30TH ONE, ABOUT THE GUNSHOT.

FOLLOWED AND HARASSED ME UP THE STAIRS, GETTING LIVID AND PHYSICALLY FORCEFUL, AFTER I SAID I DON'T WANT HIM ON THE PROPERTY OR TO TALK TO ANYONE IN MY APARTMENT OR TO FOLLOW ME.

I SAID SERVAL TIMES IN THE CAR AND UP THE STAIRS AND IN THE CORRIDOR, "THAT'S ENOUGH, I'VE TOLD YOU ALL I HAD TO REPORT" 

HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO GET IN TO THE APARTMENT ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. I SAID, I'VE TOLD YOU WHAT I HAD TO TELL YOU, I WANT THE REPORT INVESTIGATION TO NOT BE CANCELLED AND TO CONTINUE IVE DONE MY PART, ANYTHING ELSE IS INCONSEQUENTIAL AND IF HE WAS GOING TO INVESTIGATE THE CASE AND MAKE A DECISION TO STOP IT, I'VE DONE ALL THAT I COULD AND WANT IT TO GO THROUGH.

THEN AT THE LOCKED DOOR I SAID I'M NOT GIVING YOU PERMISSION TO BE HERE, HE SAID HE COULD GET IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER, I SAID DON'T FOLLOW ME YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO BE HERE OR COME INTO MY APARTMENT.

HE THEN GOT MORE LIVID AND PHYSICALLY THREATENING WITH HIS BODY LANGUAGE GETTING IN MY FACE AND YELLING, HE SAID THE F WORD.

I SAID DON'T FOLLOW ME, I'M GOING THROUGH THE LOCKED DOOR, YOU DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO THIS OR BE HERE.

AS I OPENED THE LOCKED DOOR HE SHOVED ME WITH HIS HANDS AND MOSTLY HIS CHEST, WHILE BEING PHYSICALLY AGGRESSIVE, AND I SAID THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW AND TO STOP AND THAT HE PUSHED ME, HE'S BEING PHYSICALLY AGGRESSIVE.

HE DIDN'T KNOW ANYBODY IN THE APARTMENT OR HAVE PERMISSION FROM ANYONE WHO LIVES IN THE COMPLEX TO BE THERE, OR GO THROUGH A LOCKED DOOR AND OUR BUZZER DOESN'T WORK.

AFTER HE FORCED HIS WAY INTO THE LOCKED PART OF THE APARTMENT BUILDING, HE PUSHED HIS WAY TO MY HALLWAY, AND I CALLED THE POLICE BETWEEN THE 2 PLACES AND HE WENT PAST THE DOUBLE DOOR.

AFTER HE WAS IN THE HALLWAY, I SAID TO THE 911 OPERATOR"AN OFFICER BROKE INTO MY PROPERTY" THE OPERATOR HUNG UP ON ME, I DIALED AGAIN, THIS TIME I ASKED FOR THE OPERATORS NAME, AND THEY SENT AN OFFICER.

AFTER I POINTED THE PHONE AND SAID I'M ON THE PHONE WITH THE POLICE AND THEY'RE ON THEIR WAY, FOR BREAKING IN HERE UNLAWFULLY, HE PEELED OUT WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING, I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES FOR HIM TO EXPLAIN HOW HE GOT IN, HIS PHYSICAL FORCE, WHAT HE DID AND WHY AND HE WOULDN'T ANSWER ME AND TOOK OFF OUT OF THE APARTMENT IN HIS BLACK CADILLAC SEDAN.

FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND, THIS IS HARASSMENT, ASSAULT, UNLAWFUL USE OF FORCE AND UNLAWFUL ENTRY, AND BEING PHYSICALLY AND VERBALLY THREATENING.

HE GOT FROM POINT A TO POINT B, PAST THE LOCKED DOOR, AND I CALLED THE POLICE IN BETWEEN, WHICH SHOWS THAT HIS ENTRY WAS UNWANTED, UNLAWFUL, PHYSICALLY ABUSIVE AND PAST A LOCKED DOOR, AND THE INDOORS HALL OF WHICH IS LIKELY PRIVATE PROPERTY.

AND THE MILTON POLICE WOULDN'T MAKE A REPORT OF THE UNLAWFUL ENTRY, USE OF FORCE, ASSAULT AND HARRASSMENT WHILE BEING PHYSICALLY THREATENING.

I'M SENDING THIS TO EVERY LAW FORCE WHEN I GET BACK TO THE APARTMENT.

After Sasquatch Porter wanted out, and Rene Charlebois wanted out (and was killed), another large member wants out of the gang, Normand Robataille. 

It seems as though the HA is a gang of the past, with no new prospects, members wanting out, with high requirements, and almost all members at retirement age. 

The question is, how many more children have to be raped, and cocaine addicts have their lives ruined, and innocent people being murdered, before these individuals just say "we're retired, sorry, it was all for nothing", then die and go to hell? 

The police seriously need to do their job, because in another 5-10, the HA won't be around, but their victims will be.

All members in the picture are on trial, in jail or dead, no empire is built to last, so how do they think it would end?
