My Questions: 

"So, how'd you get past the locked door, with no way of entry, and myself saying you were not allowed, and after I was swore at and yelled at then pushed and assaulted?" 

"Why didn't you stay when I told you the police were on their way, when you saw me dial 911 after the assault and unlawful entry, and instead when I told you this while speaking to 911 on my cell phone, you left quickly and it looked to me to be in desperation, without answering me when I asked "what just happened, what did you do and why, can you explain yourself?"

"Why would you use this extreme misuse of force, with no verbal explanation for following me other than wanting to 'end the investigation', which you yelled, swore, harassed, verbally abused and pushed me over, when you said you were going to end the investigation yourself regardless?"

"Are you in a relationship or have a friendship with the officers in question, regarding the investigation you are heading, this situation was the product of?"

If needed, credibility response:

"And if it was your opinion that I was not credible, why didn't you go solely off of that, when I said I would like the investigation to continue, and if it is beyond my control for it to end, I've done my part, because I would have liked to see it through?"

"Instead you committed offences  like verbal abuse: yelling, swearing, harassing, and being physically abusive and threatening, and pushing me in the process of unlawful entry."

Detective Bill Marshall does have relationships with Milton officers:

It should be noted the Milton police station on Childs drive said they wouldn't make a report about it, despite the only way of entry for him was unwanted and by assault, and that he didn't stay for the police to show up at the time I called 911 and told him they were on their way, which shows him being guilty in some way. The sergeant at the station in Milton at the time said "he could vouch for the OIPRD detective Bill Marshall and that I wasn't credible" (but didn't elaborate on why).

Given the OIPRD Detective Bill Marshall had a relationship with officers at the station that were involved in the investigation he was heading, who said they would vouch for him, including the higher ranking sergeants, to the point of not making a report of assault, abuse, unlawful entry and misuse of force, it point at the detective does have a relationship with the officers involved in the OIPRD investigation.

If this is the case is this legal to have someone reviewing a personal friend?

If he lies and claims I'm not logical, he said in the car that "I didn't seem illogical at all, I could keep a conversation and seemed very with it."

There wasn't a struggle, it was just abuse, comment:

I didn't resist the officer physically when he yelled, swore, harassed me, and pushed me, I just called 911 after he did so.

If he claims there was a struggle, which is impossible, then how did that occur when I was just trying to enter my apartment door, with no voiced cause of concern regarding my own business or possible criminal behaviour, and that I called 911 after?

"Why were you abusively and violently enthusiastic to end the investigation? After trying to get me to give you permission of my own to end it, over and over to the point of yelling, saying the f word, and violently shoving me and unlawful entry?"

"Isn't the indoor hallway of the apartments the private property of the land lord and apartment owners?"

"Why didn't you go about investigating and entering the legal way, without my permission?"

"At one point in the car you said you had the Aug 30th gunshot report when I asked about it, which I said there wasn't a report made according to the staff sergeant in Milton, you looked at a report like you were reading it, pointed at it and said "yeah, it's here, it was made", then 10 minutes later I asked to see it, you looked at the only papers that were in your hands, the only papers you had, and said you didn't bring it. What's your response to this?"

"As well, you said at one point you thoroughly researched the whole investigation and all of the reports extensively, to where "it had been exhausted", then later told me you "only read one or two reports", when there were many". What is your response?"

"As well you told me officer Knight investigated the family and traced the cousin who may have let off the shot, given you lied to me I'm wondering if this is true, because officer Knight told me days after when I called the police again because of threats I was getting, that he wasn't going to, in the Longo's parking lot in Milton."

The hell's angels Bail Out

All on trial, in jail or dead.

After Sasquatch Porter wanted out, and Rene Charlebois wanted out (and was killed), another large member wants out of the gang, Normand Robataille. 

It seems as though the HA is a gang of the past, with no new prospects, members wanting out, with high requirements, and almost all members at retirement age. 

The question is, how many more children have to be raped, and cocaine addicts have their lives ruined, and innocent people being murdered, before these individuals just say "we're retired, sorry, it was all for nothing", then die and go to hell? 

The police seriously need to do their job, because in another 5-10, the HA won't be around, but their victims will be.

All members in the picture are on trial, in jail or dead, no empire is built to last, so how do they think it would end?

27 Hell's Angels Plead Guilty to Murder

Twenty-seven members of the Hell's Angels have pleaded guilty to murder, in Quebec, something that should be done in Ontario.

A total of nearly 150 members are on trial, which shows the reality of the "1%er" slogan, just another lie, to people who have no appreitation for telling the truth or honesty.

So where is the justice for the victims of brutal violence here in Ontario?

Are the police just too corrupt, to arrest gunmen walking around in broad daylight with semi auto-matic weapons, or to arrest the gang members responcible in the Hell's Angels?

How can democracy exist, when the country's own people have no rights and murderers walk free?

I'm not so much worried about the guns in the picture, as guessing the sexual orientation of the members in it. Leather pants? How are you supposed to "do a little turn on the cat-walk" with a shotgun, in leather pants?

More Crooked Reporters Paid to Cover-up Hell's Angels Murder

Rene Charlebois, the Hell's Angels member who wanted out.

I've already established the Hell's Angels paid a Toronto Star reporter to make it seem as if Rene Charlebois was a loving member of the gang, when they likely killed him for wanting out of it, now it seems as if another reporter at the Globe and Mail was paid to do the same.

Globe and Mail reporter, Tu Thanh Ha, phrased the article a "Hell's Angels hitman" who was a "cold blooded killer" was found dead. 

Rene Charlebois was a high ranking Hell's Angels member, not a hitman outside of their 'club', who the major leaders in Canada attended his wedding. 

"In August 2000, legendary Quebec crooners Jean-Pierre Ferland and Ginette Reno were hired to sing at Charlebois’ wedding ceremony — Ferland at the church; Reno at the reception, which was hosted inside Boucher’s home. It was after the ceremony that Charlebois reportedly professed his love for his fellow bikers and the outlaw organization with a worldwide reach.

Given the evidence, ie. Rene wanted out of the gang and told fellow members this in prison, 3 shots were heard at the chalet at the time of the murder, the police didn't shoot a single shot, he wouldn't need 3 shots to commit suicide and didn't shoot it out with the police, and now it looks like you have two blatantly corrupt reporters paid to cover it up by the gang, it would seems it was a murder of their own.

I'll leave the related evidence suggesting this was a murder of someone the HA thought would 'snitch', given he wanted out, which the Globe and Mail reporter, Tu Thanh Ha, left on the article, that was pretty detailed to not know the correct relationship as a high ranking member and not a paid hitman.

Considering with the previous reporter's corruption it seems as if maybe the Hell's Angels pay their writers more than the newspapers do themselves?

Hell's Angels Crime Correlations (Ontario)

The First correlation area is for the region of Ontario, Canada. I am taking my articles (which are based off of news reports and police consensus) and placing marks where certain crimes are occurring, to relate them to where the source of the certain crime could be coming from, this is for anyone even police to reference, under the condition you only report on these things and leave the policing to the authorities. Soon I'm going to make numbers beside the marks to count how many of the certain crimes are occurring in the area.

A few notes, the Hell's Angels are known to work with aboriginal gangs, to move drugs across the border at the great lakes (Huron, Erie and Ontario), by boat.

The rest are busted drug houses and to do with illegal unregistered weapons.

The gang war and murders are related to the Bandidos and Outlaws. 

The Bandidos Shedden Massacre involved an orchestrated effort from HA members all across Ontario, from the furthest red markings, one of the top, in Sutton, Northern Ontario, and the bottom two, in Southern Ontario, as well as 3 in the middle, in the GTA.

Another 3, in Toronto, Port Perry and London, are where the Hell's Angels are currently warring with the Outlaws MC (as of 2012-2013).

​The rest are murders related to the Mafia, and drug turf wars.

The human trafficking cases are related to the previous work the HA did with Hungarians, and the current work they do with the NPF.

The financial crimes are related to the gambling rings done with the Mafia, recently taken down by the RCMP.

Arrest of a Hell's Angels President Linked to Recent Child Assault

Dale Sweeney, Winnipeg chapter president.

The Hell's Angels Winnipeg chapter president, Dale Sweeney, had an expensive motorcycle confiscated after his arrest for drug trafficking allegations, in relation to an RCMP operation called Project Flatlined.

The title of the operation is likely a reference to the Redliner support club that merged into the Hell's Angels in 1997, this club is also present in Ontario, and I sincerely hope the Redliners days are numbered.

This arrest may be in relation to Dale's brother, Rodney Sweeney, stalking a man and his 14 year old nephew, who suffers from leukaemia, in a van and assaulting them both with a blunt weapon, a few days prior.

The victims may have provided information once in custody, which would be why they were followed in the first place, as this being a random act of violence after being stalked is unlikely.

So far 23 arrests have been made in this investigation, let's hope there are more.

The Hell's Angels Fake PR Rears It's Ugly Head in New York

The accused biker gang.

According to 'Mail Online' the Hell's Angels in New York have said they are shocked by the violence of an African-American biker gang, likely to give them the public façade of looking harmless, doing this with conniving intentions, and to those who do not know any better they may buy that, so I feel the need to step in and say something.

The Hell's Angels are the ones who traffic cocaine and illegal firearms in mass into urban areas, which creates crips, bloods, other urban gangs like the one they are critiquing, and urban gang violence altogether. 

When you see a black male murdered by gang violence on TV or in a newspaper, it was the Hell's Angels who likely put the gun and cocaine (crack) into that boy's or man's hands, so you could imagine how many murders they cause of black males this way, it would be uncountable.

So them saying 'I can't believe these African-American gangs are committing violence', should have added to it, 'without them using the illegal handguns and assault rifles we gave them, or having it been over the hard drugs we sell them, like the countless young adults killing each other across America, which we knowingly cause'. 

The difference is, the Hell's Angels do more bad than any street gang.

Especially considering a Hell's Angel was just arrested for beating a 14 year old leukaemia patient in traffic and his uncle,  countless rape and murder news articles if you search them on Google, they're first major income being the drugs they sell in mass and the second being sexual slavery/human trafficking, the average age of the girls being 13 years old, who are forced into having sex with older men, on average 15 times a day.

The Hell's Angels feel as though if they create this type of fake image they can get away with doing more bad things, even in daylight, and corrupt more police, it is almost worse than having a violent reputation, all of which with bad intentions, just one disgustingly hypocritical. To accuse and demonize their victims, trying to hide their own true nature.

"You get the licence plate and let the cops deal with it", one is quoted, the Hell's Angels kill innocent people for calling the police, for no good reason, and maintain this to bloods, crips and urban gangs, that 'rats get killed'. 

They have a fake "1%er" slogan, but 100 % of them are involved in either drug dealing, sex slavery/human trafficking, prostitution, extortion and extortion taxes (making people pay taxes to operate criminal businesses on their territory), murder, illegal arms trafficking and pornography, including child pornography, Starnet BC, in mass. So they are trying to convince people of this false image, fully knowing everything they do, purposely trying to lie to you.

I'll leave you with the threats the US Hell's Angels gave to Jay Dobyns, an undercover ATF agent who infiltrated their 'club'.

"Threats included plans to murder him either with a bullet or by injecting him with the AIDS virus, kidnapping and torturing his then 15-year-old daughter and kidnapping his wife in order to videotape a gang rape of her. Dobyns and ATF also learned contracts were solicited between the Hells Angels, the Aryan Brotherhood and the MS-13 gang to carry out these threats."

Hell's Angels Member Beats 14 Year Old Leukaemia Patient

Hell's Angels member, Rodney Sweeney

A Canadian Hell's Angels member, Rodney Sweeney, has been arrested for beating a 27 year old man and his 14 year old nephew, who suffers from leukaemia, with a weapon. 

The two victims were riding their bikes near Concordia Avenue, when the culprit who had been following them, got out of his van and proceeded to assault them both with a blunt weapon. 

After being arrested, Sweeney denied committing the act and even being in the area at the time, he is now on bail, and due in court on the 16th. The victims were treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Memoirs of a Hell's Angel's Wife (and Women's Abuse Victims Network)

No, I will not mention you have chapters and shes selling in Chapters all over, nice try, it's not a hate thing, she's advising women who are in abusive relationships, and that could help them, I read about the cycle of abuse in Conflict Dynamics, the victims often feel like they can never get out and blame themselves, it's terrible, basically the relationships often go on until the woman is abused enough and leaves, or until the abuser kills her and often moves on to another victim. Hell's Angels and the Date Rape Drug (2008 and 2012 busts)

Every 17 minutes a Canadian woman is violated. 25% of rape victims say that is was the result of drugs like GHB. Only 1% of date rapes are reported to the police. The most common age of victims are between 16 and 24 years old. So, how exactly are the Hell's Angels able to push this drug throughout America and not end up in prison, while these drugs are providing the only means to do it? They were caught with 375 litres of it and were admitted to moving 600 litres of it, the largest amount ever confiscated in Canada. They were also busted with it a month before 2013, so within the last couple of months. They love to lie about things like this, get to know them, they are incapable of telling the truth.

It horrifically lead to the violation of a 16 year old girl, by three boys in BC, and obviously an extremely large amount of young women overall. With 1% of date rapes reported, 7,730 young women are raped every year thanks to the Hell's Angels (so it would be approx. 99% more than that) (the math is below). So, possibly up to 765,270 women per year. 

They will probably say they don't sell it, to people who don't know any better, but they say the same thing about acid, you'd have to be a total dummy to buy either drug by the way, and they sell both. So, if both acid and date rape are out there in mass in Canada, and the Hell's Angels control most of Canada's drug territory, no longer Quebec, then how can they lie about it being present in mass? And they probably said after the 2008 date rape bust, the largest in Canada, that they turned over a new leaf, well they didn't, because they were caught with another 23 litres in 2012. The news reports about it are in the links below. How do they sleep at night, maybe they take it themselves?

The math: 1440 minutes in a day divided by 17, equals 84.7, multiplied by 365, equals 30,917.6471, rounded up equals 30,918, divided by 4 (25%), equals 7,729.5, rounded up 7,730 (multiplied by 99% after this total)(only 1% of date rapes are reported).

The Future of Gangs in America and the Police Force

The most hypocritical of gangs would have to be the Hell's Angels. Only white males are allowed to be members, their former representative in Canada was a white supremacist and they work closely and support the Aryan Brotherhood and the White Boy Posse, hardcore, violent, white supremacists. It makes me wonder what the future of the gang situation in America will be, the Hell's Angels can't last, they're old, losing members and probably the smallest in numbers member wise, so far as gangs in America, estimating 2,500-3,600 worldwide, with Crips and Bloods having about 60,000-65,000 each. So, who will replace them?

The Bloods and Crips are too violent, as of right now, but the Triads are an elegant gang, who are intelligent and likely to be less dangerous to the public than the Hell's Angels, who are known for reckless, horrible violence almost as bad as Bloods and Crips. With a public shooting in a place full of people in Toronto recently, as well as any shooting or murders that go on, especially in O.M.G. violence like the 100 H.A.'s on trial for 150 murders in Quebec. And anywhere in Canada, because they control the territory and hire others to do their dirty work. So, who will fill the void, or will America step up it's technology and effort to get rid of gangs almost entirely? There are devices which are attached to street lamps, that can detect a gun shot, we could also have much stricter gun laws not allowing it, and at the border prevent the Hell's Angels from pushing illegal firearms and cocaine in mass, which enable the violence of Bloods and Crips, with more effort and funding.

Maybe the Bloods and Crips could form more society friendly unity and operation, maybe even a truce like there is in LA, or the UN gang and Indo-centric gangs could do the same. It's a good question, because it's just a matter of time, the Hell's Angels members might not even be alive in a decade, let alone retired. I hope it's the Mafia, moving the drugs if it has to be done, because they are much more of a developed tradition, and more intelligent and far less petty, violent and not hypocritical liars, like the H.A. Or the pig farm massacres of female sex workers in BC and Australia, as well as the murder of Cynthia Garcia, stabbed by H.A.'s 44 times until her spine was decapitated, for just insulting 2 members at a party. 

So, who will step up, the government with more effort and technology, or newer gangs becoming more elegant to better replace the too violent and unintelligent Hell's Angels? The best option would be to consider this expected change and to make a move towards a more digital and technological age, with stricter laws on firearms and sentences for illegal firearms, and really reenforcing police officer monitoring and enlarging the law force. Think about it, if you had half of a life sentence for possession of an illegal firearm, which can only lead to homicide, and stricter ownership, no one would want to carry one.

6 Hell's Angels Sentenced, while Losing Their Hold in Canada

6 Hell's Angels, of the 100 or more on trial, in the Quebec Biker War Megatrial have been sentenced. Good to know that when they get out they will no longer have their property, their homes or their money and will be elderly. As well just about all of them were arrested, with 150 of them on trial, for the deaths of 150 people. With the aspect of 'new recruits', I think the 'babyboom' generation is ready to retire, especially after losing their entire force, and I've read that the Bloods and Crips have already replaced them in Montreal, and the Vagos (partners with the Outlaws and Mongols) have moved in to Ontario. Maybe their karma will come back to them for what they did to the Bandidos, and the same thing will happen to them.

On the bright side, with only 2 or so of them riding around in Quebec, they'll make a lot less noise.

Now is Definitely the Time to Act!

With the Hell's Angels at a weak point and all on trial, now is the time to act, through the law. I couldn't find RCMP reports as far as the FBI has, with the US Freedom of Information Act, but they have all of their property taken within Ontario and are on trial in BC, Quebec and Toronto (linked to the mafia and conspiracy of organized crime).

Hell's Angels, a Threat to the Public.

I normally don't report on the Hell's Angels in foreign contenants, but some good news. Hundreds of police raided the Hell's Angels in Australia. They were becoming such a threat there, with public violence, and are here as well, with the various public shootings, gang wars in Winnipeg and threatening the BC public and government in Canada. Hopefully, they are disbanded in America before any more people die.

Crooked Canadian Law System Out in the Open

So, apparently getting caught with illegal weapons, no longer requires legal action in Canada. 4 men, in Salmon Arm now too, linked to the Hell's Angels, all wearing their insignia, got caught, while high on weed, with the following in their car: a sawed-off shotgun, a large quantity of ammunition, three handguns, a bullet-proof vest, baseball bat, axe handle, knives, bear spray and a radio jamming device designed to block outgoing transmissions. Not to mention a ski mask. I'm a law abiding citizen, and if I were caught with such things, which I wouldn't be, I'd be put away for a long time. Two of the men have been somehow let off. If that was 4 African-American males, they would be doing a lot of time, meanwhile the connected white Hell's Angels are let off.

This has come to be expected, considering the Ontario crown couldn't incriminate the Hell's Angels as a criminal organization and gave up.  If you read this blog this should be impossible, even for the most crooked of those in the Canadian law and justice system. When will the government in Canada ever be able to handle something so simple and horribly dangerous for everyone? The obvious crimes, the sale of crack, coke, meth, date rape, ketamine, acid, heroine and ecstasy, a majority of the sales to teens and young people. As well as the many murderers in the public news, as well as torture and running prostitution rings.

I wonder how they can sleep at night, when they sell high school and college students things like crack, coke, meth, ecstasy, date rape, acid (while lying about not selling it, to people who wouldn't know better) and heroine, everywhere. I would say stay off the chems. And drugs and alcohol in general. I guess when not forcing under age girls into prostitution, which is mentioned in a post on my other blog, and killing people, which is mentioned everywhere in the news media, they can no longer be defined as a criminal enterprise.

Hell's Angels tied to 2 Recent Premeditated Murders in Canada

So, a Hell's Angel, Larry Armeno, got shot and later an associate of the Hell's Angels, Rebih Alkhalil, who ran a drug operation with the Hell's Angels in Montreal, orchestrates a hit and has someone shot in little Italy, Toronto, ending in the murder of a man that was implicated with the rival gang. It is similar to a hit done in Vancouver, which given the gang ties, was most likely done by the Hell's Angels too, as that is the area of the richest and most powerful Hell's Angels in Canada, or used to be, since the BC lawsuit. So, I would say, the shot Hell's Angel Larry Amero, was avenged, from an order from a high ranking Hell's Angel here in the US, then through a national Canadian Hell's Angel leader, then likely through Hell's Angel alias 'Santa' in Hamilton, for the GTA. By 'avenged', I mean having a murderer pull out a gun in a cafe full of people and at close range, in broad daylight, open fire in public, and murder a man in cold blood.

So, they tried to dissociate themselves from one murder, and got tied to two, as the most likely source of the order, typical Hell's Angels work, their dishonesty is coming back to them.

Hell's Angels' Ship is Sinking

The Hell's Angels' ship is sinking, with another large raid in South Carolina and the Quebec mega-trial on it's way. It's funny how much progress, how many FBI and RCMP raids, were made between 2012 to 2013. I would say it's about time those who do business with them should pull out, before they too go down with them. Then the next who try to replace them can go down too.

Hell's Angels Illegal Gun and Drug Trafficking in Kitchener

The Hell's Angels were linked to illegal gun and drug trafficking, In Kitchener, Waterloo. Illegal guns, held and used for one purpose. So, a random Canadian citizen could be shot while being mugged in the street, in a break-in at home, for being a witness and or in first degree murder. Meanwhile they are allowed to operate in public, and the government does nothing about it, so far as labeling them a criminal organization, which is obvious, letting any random Canadian citizen become a victim with no rights or protection. Like the break-in at a Dundas home mentioned in the article involving a Hell's Angel associate as the culprit.

The Hell's Angels Ride to Intimidate the Government and Public

The Hell's Angels road 100 deep in Surrey to intimidate the public and government. The papers in the links said it was to intimidate other gangs, but that doesn't make sense as they are the biggest gang around. Their main enemies right now are the Minister of Justice and Canadian government, with the current lawsuit right in this area right now, as well as the public in Surrey who are speaking out. The question is, will the Canadian government be bullied and pushed around in their own country or will they step up and do something?

Especially when the papers are too scared to point out the obvious. "It must be to intimidate other gangs", "but it could have been to commemorate a fallen member", "they stopped by the cemetery"  but no one was buried, "we don't know why they did the ride". To me, stopping at the cemetery shows they had bad intentions, as to give a fake reason to intimidate the public and law, if it isn't obvious.
