27 Hell's Angels Plead Guilty to Murder

Twenty-seven members of the Hell's Angels have pleaded guilty to murder, in Quebec, something that should be done in Ontario.

A total of nearly 150 members are on trial, which shows the reality of the "1%er" slogan, just another lie, to people who have no appreitation for telling the truth or honesty.

So where is the justice for the victims of brutal violence here in Ontario?

Are the police just too corrupt, to arrest gunmen walking around in broad daylight with semi auto-matic weapons, or to arrest the gang members responcible in the Hell's Angels?

How can democracy exist, when the country's own people have no rights and murderers walk free?

I'm not so much worried about the guns in the picture, as guessing the sexual orientation of the members in it. Leather pants? How are you supposed to "do a little turn on the cat-walk" with a shotgun, in leather pants?

After the city of Surrey protested the settling of the Hell's Angels in the area, the biker gang road in hundreds near by, to oppress the resisting public and strike fear into good everyday people.

It birthed the term: "better safe than Surrey".

A technique also used on the Quebec Federation of Labour by the Hell's Angels, during an election where members circled the polls on their motorcycles until the opposition left the building in fear.

So, after threatening the lives of an entire town and suppressing them with terror, the Hell's Angels are now fighting for their rights! Because they need to use people they were about ready to kill!

Anyhow, the situation is ridiculous, as this large claim and invested effort goes under the assumption that no criminal activity was taking place at the residence by the owners, when  one or more of the properties were full of cocaine, guns and illegally made money when seized.

For example, the East End Vancouver clubhouse in 2005 was full of this contraband when confiscated, then in 2007 the BC government put the forfeiture act on it. So even a possession charge would do.

I stick with Surrey, Mayor Dianne Watts has been the standard for good hearted and responsible elected officials, if you have a problem, she is one of the best to handle it and should be applauded for this.

And if people like this have each other to turn to, the world can start to make a positive difference, and get rid of these types of criminals who threaten and corrupt the lives of peaceful people.

Where Liberty Dies.

Only in Canada can drug dealing, mass murderers operate in the light of day. They say they are not a criminal organization and that only 1% of them are criminals, but if you do the math it's more like 50-75% in America, with 100% in conspiracy or not currently charged. If you could ask "Do you, as the Hell's Angels, deal drugs in mass, across the country?" The answer would be "Yes." If you asked "Do you kill people as the result of the drug trade and in war with other gangs?" The answer would be "Yes." And "Have your gang members been convicted of murder, of women, children, police, grand parents, whole families and many innocent people?" The answer would be "Yes." So, how in the world is this gang able to do all of these things in Canada and the Canadian law system can't even take care of common sense threats of mass danger to the public from urban terrorists in their own country, when we are sending troops into foreign countries to take care of another country's problems? People are dying right here.

The Canadian government needs to get it's act together, because people are suffering and dying as a result of their inept law system, caring and effort, corrupt judges (caught in drug deals with Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs), corrupt cops and over all completely corrupt system. People are dying*. You need to change the charter of Rights and Freedoms, to take the abused freedoms of violent, drug dealing, murdering criminals, and return the freedom of their innocent victims. I would be more than willing to testify to them committing murder, attempted murder, torture, rape, threats, extorsion, drug dealing, conspiracy, blackmail, bribery and gangsterism. People are relying on you to protect them when you can't, in your own country. Get your act together before somebody innocent dies. 

I believe a retrial and mass arrest must be done for the 31 released Hell's Angels, as well as having Claude 'Macho' Giguere serving at least on life sentence, instead of 4 months to 2 years, for murder in the first degree, conspiracy in 149, conspiracy to gangsterism and drug trafficking, by changing the laws regarding previous time served. All due to the two key judges in the Megatrial having been caught in a drug deal with the defendants, wow, unforgivable.

A Request to Appeal the Release of 31 Hell's Angels Based on Judge Corruption

I think the release of the 31 Hell's Angels recently, as well as their leader who may only serve 4 months for various charges including murder, should be reviewed and appealed by the Canadian law system, due to the Quebec Superior Court Judge, and another key judge in the trial, are being linked to a drug deal with the Hell's Angels. Wow, this is unforgivable to be allowed to go on. I believe that any recent court decisions by the any judge in the Quebec Megatrial, resulting in the release of 31 dangerous criminals, who are fully convictable and can be tried, but were let off due to that 'the prosecution was unable to handle it', should be reviewed and appealed. In other words a retrial. I told you there was corruption and they were letting them off bit by bit. Tisk tisk.

"Hello, I am e-mailing you because I am completely shocked about Quebec Superior Court Judge, as well as another key judge in the Quebec Biker War Megatrial, being linked to drug deals with the defendants, the Hell's Angels. I believe it is unforgivable to let 31 dangerous criminals loose, and that their leader charged with murder may only do 4 months in prison, based on that the judges ruling the decision are not only corrupt, but doing drug deals with them. It seems illogical in the first place to release 31 convictable criminals, that the court said could be sentenced, but were released because they couldn't handle the megatrial. 

So, after a few dozen Hell's Angels were released for no reason, and the local Quebec Hell's Angels leader only faces 4 months to max 2 years, for drug trafficking and murder, two of the key judges in the trial are found to be corrupt and were caught doing drug deals with the defendant? I assume that this is already in the works, correct? As it must be legally binding to have a retrial if a judge is found to be corrupt and moreover doing illegal business, in the area of illegal drug trafficking, with the defence. I am just totally shocked to see it. As well, I thought I would mention that if Claude 'Macho' Giguere, is only possibly facing 4 months in jail, for drug trafficking and murder, because of previous time served, then I believe that the government should step up and handle this, especially now, by changing legislation to sentence men who are in conspiracy of the murder of 150 people, one of them directly, and drug trafficking, justly and properly, with at least one life sentence.

I ask that you please respond to this email, and as well if I could have permission to post your response on my blog, as a reassurance for the general public that this scandal is being dealt with. Thank you for your time.

Canadian Law, Failure or Corruption?

31 Hell's Angels were released in Quebec, while 100 are still on trial, due to the Canadian justice system, 'not being able to handle it' apparently. The excuse was that they were only on trial for gangsterism and drug trafficking. So, if I commit either of those offenses (which I wouldn't), would you let me off because of all of the other trials going on in Canada? How does that differ? Why would you just release 31 dangerous criminals into the public, who are being convicted of drug trafficking and gangsterism? That is a threat to Canadian citizens, 150 people died at the hands of their organization, that's why they were on trial in the first place, and you're just going to let 31 dangerous criminals go?

I'm going to send a request to appeal the decision to the supreme court justice and Stephen Harper, I suggest you do the same. From what I've seen, apparently Stephen Harper is too busy slandering Justin Trudeau with videos that just make him look bad, instead of handling serious threats to the Canadian public, letting off several dangerous criminals back into the population. My letter is posted at the bottom of this post.

Could they not make separate cases and delegate new prosecution, like with anyone else who is a current offender in Canada? I know this must bother you too. Is there any way to urge and appeal to have them arrested and put back on trial? I keep a blog about the Hell's Angels, there is plenty of reason to see that having even one of them free is a threat to the public, with the many cases of homicide they are involved in. Hell's Angels Mexican Drug Connection Infiltrated

In 2012 more charges were pressed against Hell's Angles in Kelowna BC, in a 4 million dollar seizure, in connection to drug trafficking from BC to Mexico. The best part, they are charged with drug trafficking as a "criminal organization" in Canada.

Hell's Angels Daylight Shooting/Murder

A 2013 public shooting in daylight, at a cafe full of people, in Toronto, is linked to the Hell's Angels, a Hell's Angels associate did the shooting, which means it went through them. There is no way it could have happened without them giving him the 'go ahead'. If Hell's Angel alias 'Santa' makes all the calls in the GTA, I wonder if he had a hand in this? More reason to outlaw the Hell's Angels in Canada, a question being debated in B.C. right now, by the Government and Minster of Justice. It would take a female mind to straighten up what men can't, I'd take a bullet for this lady, but instead get support for it, God knows I hate them too.

Trafficking Ring Discovered, 103 Arrested

A ton of Hell's Angels, Canadian and American, and other criminals were recently taken off the street for mass drug trafficking.  Hopefully in 2013 the government will be able to protect it's people and their rights by outlawing and ending the Hell's Angels, by bringing them to justice and outlawing public presence based on the ignorantly obvious relation to crime and murder.

"H.A. Only Kill Innocent Testifying Women?"

The hitman apparently broke the number one biker gang rule "deny, deny, deny." Other than order the torture of prostitutes, and murder of prostitutes at the Pickton farm, which is mentioned in a post on this blog, there is another article of more child murders, who were shot 'execution style', mentioned on a post on this blog. After threatening the person, they then threaten their business or their family, I'm sure someone has lost a business from refusing corruption.

As mentioned in another post, Robert Pickton held parties on his farm for the Hell's Angels, who run the prostitution rings in the area. If you take into account the women who they tortured for 5 days, the option was a bullet in the head or being grinded and fed to the pigs. Or, maybe Pickton murdered all of these women, while having their pimps over, because he wanted to go into the grinder, while disposing of bodies in a gangland manner? They are known to kill people over drug debts, 'wanting out' or testifying. This stuff is gross, I'm glad I don't have to have this filth on my conscience personally.

Correctional Officers Killed by Hell's Angels

One of two correctional officers, Diane Lavigne and Pierre Rondeau, murdered by the Hell's Angels, cop killers. The order was given from Maurice "Mom" Boucher, top Hell's Angel in Quebec. I read Boucher was later stabbed, and is still alive, thanks to correctional officers, the link to that article is the second link below.
