Remaining Hell's Angels Swept Off the Streets

One hundred and eleven members of the Italian Mafia and the Hell's Angels were arrested in Operation Loquace in Quebec, after the 150 members of the Hell's Angels were already swept off the streets in the HA Biker Mega-trial. 

About 30 Hell's Angels had been released in the Mega-trial, I'm wondering how many of them are now back in custody thanks to this new mass arrest. 

The release of the 30 Hell's Angels members was before one of the deciding Judges in the Mega-trial was found doing drug deals with the defendants, which by the way all major news sites took the report of that corruption down, the only one who kept an article about it is little ol' me.

The list of confiscated contraband gets interesting, 1,486 explosives? That's  new to hear for me.

Quoting the the news report:

"A police news release says a total of $255,000 in cash, 6,000 pills, nine kilograms of cannabis, three kilograms of cocaine, 13 barrels of GBL (a solvent used in creating date rape drugs) and 35 vehicles were seized in today's operation.

Police also seized five residences with a total estimated value of $1.5 million.

Before today, police seized 153 kilograms of cocaine and 46,100 units of methamphetamines, along with 161 guns, 291 prohibited weapons, 1,486 explosives and 50 detonators in a sweep connected to the latest raids."

'Prohibited weapons' would be high powered assault rifles and machine guns to my knowledge.

The  source of the Hell's Angels' cocaine, a Mexican cartel, was dismantled as well.

26 of the investigated gangsters in Operation Loquace are still at large, but it seems they won't have too much of a stronghold in Quebec to operate in any more if they wanted to.

Hell's Angels, Brutal, Heartless, Murderers.

The real Hell's Angels, as if it's a surprise, just showing that every minute one of these murdering drug dealers is free, is a danger to good people. Dustin LaFortune, 29 now, 20 at the time of the trial, and 26 at the time of torture, testified against the Hell's Angels in a murder trial. His mother said that he has no gang affiliations, so he was just doing the right thing, as a good, very young man. These idiots justify it to themselves by calling a great man like this a 'rat', instead of blaming themselves for murder. Then what are you exactly? Not men, because a man would say I committed horrendous murders, I am the filthy trash, who is not even worthy of looking at such a person, let alone causing this poor man such brutal mutilation.

"Dustin LaFortune had lost a stunning amount of weight (from 200 lbs to below 90 lbs) and was suffering from injuries ranging from severe stab wounds, bruises and apparent burns, to parts of his lips and tongue being cut off."

"There were multiple fractures to his face and body, evidence of new and old wounds in various states of healing, burn marks, old stab wounds, infections etc… Dustin had pneumonia and c-difficile. He slipped in and out of a coma.

His bottom lip and part of his tongue were cut off. Dustin has severe to moderate acquired brain injury (ABI) and will require extensive reconstruction to his face, mouth and ears. He is re-learning to become an independent man and has dreams of being a business owner again."

"Dustin LaFortune, who was initially reported missing, was held hostage, tortured, starved, repeatedly assaulted and mutilated."

It's no surprise, given the 5 day rape and torture of a woman on a pig farm in Melbourne, Australia, where the H.A. gave her the sadistic option "if you're good we'll shoot you in the head, and if not, we'll put you in the grinder and feed you to the pigs". Which is strikingly similar to the Pickton farm in BC, where the Hell's Angels (the pimps of the East End) often had parties held, known to them as 'Piggy Palace', where many of their sex workers were found, who likely had drug debts or wanted out.

Luckily Dustin pulled through, and has an effort going to prevent the H.A.'s from torturing or murdering anyone else.

He testified against such a large group of murderers, doing the right thing, got tortured horrifically and is now publicly fighting against them. I don't look up to too many people, but this guy did a great thing and is doing great things.

A Request to Appeal the Release of 31 Hell's Angels Based on Judge Corruption

I think the release of the 31 Hell's Angels recently, as well as their leader who may only serve 4 months for various charges including murder, should be reviewed and appealed by the Canadian law system, due to the Quebec Superior Court Judge, and another key judge in the trial, are being linked to a drug deal with the Hell's Angels. Wow, this is unforgivable to be allowed to go on. I believe that any recent court decisions by the any judge in the Quebec Megatrial, resulting in the release of 31 dangerous criminals, who are fully convictable and can be tried, but were let off due to that 'the prosecution was unable to handle it', should be reviewed and appealed. In other words a retrial. I told you there was corruption and they were letting them off bit by bit. Tisk tisk.

"Hello, I am e-mailing you because I am completely shocked about Quebec Superior Court Judge, as well as another key judge in the Quebec Biker War Megatrial, being linked to drug deals with the defendants, the Hell's Angels. I believe it is unforgivable to let 31 dangerous criminals loose, and that their leader charged with murder may only do 4 months in prison, based on that the judges ruling the decision are not only corrupt, but doing drug deals with them. It seems illogical in the first place to release 31 convictable criminals, that the court said could be sentenced, but were released because they couldn't handle the megatrial. 

So, after a few dozen Hell's Angels were released for no reason, and the local Quebec Hell's Angels leader only faces 4 months to max 2 years, for drug trafficking and murder, two of the key judges in the trial are found to be corrupt and were caught doing drug deals with the defendant? I assume that this is already in the works, correct? As it must be legally binding to have a retrial if a judge is found to be corrupt and moreover doing illegal business, in the area of illegal drug trafficking, with the defence. I am just totally shocked to see it. As well, I thought I would mention that if Claude 'Macho' Giguere, is only possibly facing 4 months in jail, for drug trafficking and murder, because of previous time served, then I believe that the government should step up and handle this, especially now, by changing legislation to sentence men who are in conspiracy of the murder of 150 people, one of them directly, and drug trafficking, justly and properly, with at least one life sentence.

I ask that you please respond to this email, and as well if I could have permission to post your response on my blog, as a reassurance for the general public that this scandal is being dealt with. Thank you for your time.

Hell's Angels Coming to a Close in Canada.

It appears the Hell's Angels in Winnipeg too were shut down by RCMP mass raids in 2010. So that makes, BC, Quebec, Toronto, all of their property in Ontario was confiscated and Winnipeg too. There are some nice videos below on the subject.

Ontario

As well, it looks like the Hell's Angels in London, Ontario and Nova Scotia won't be operating anymore. As the Nova Scotia puppet club is in alliance with the London Ontario chapter, which was taken down, both the head members, as well as having all of their property in Ontario confiscated. They will probably be absorbed by another gang, maybe killed.

In other news, the Hell's Angels have changed their slogan to "All for one, and one for all." When it should be "All for one, till we're in court and turn on each other, AND help us, cause we're falling apart, and try not to get incriminated with us in the process." A little bit of a 'run on' sentence for a slogan, though. I'm joking, but serious at the same time, they are really losing hold in Canada, and reading the new slogan saw the weakness in it, just being honest. About time to retire anyways, right? There's not too many young bikers anymore. Well, if the Bandidos or the UN gang take over in Canada, my next blog would be on them.

Conservative Government, Unable to Handle Hell's Angels Trial

After the release of 31 Hell's Angels, the government shows it's true colours, a Hell's Angel leader convicted of murder and drug trafficking is somehow possibly only serving 4 months in jail. I would say it is corruption at it's best. You couldn't tag the same man with conspiracy to organized crime, or conspiracy to murder, of 150 people? The way I see it they either threatened people in the law system, bribed them, or both. Only in Canada, after Jean Chretien, could a mass murdering mob boss, responsible for the murder of a child, among 149 other people, could serve only 2 years, or possibly even 4 months in jail. I would say Trudeau would be a good vote this coming election. To me it looks like they are letting them off bit by bit.

I'm going to send an email to ask for an appeal, to both the Minister of Justice and Stephen Harper. 32 Mass murdering drug dealers, should not be getting off scot-free.

Daniel Desrochers, killed at age 11. If an every day person killed a little boy like this they would not be left off the hook, let alone 150 people, or in conspiracy of using a terrorist bomb device, or several, they would not be serving 2 years or 4 months.

Justin Trudeau of the liberal Party, I think if he's as good of a prime minister as his grandfather, he would make a great choice this coming election.

"I'm really disappointed with what's been going on in the Quebec Biker War Megatrial, it's shocking. A man who is a gang leader, a mass drug trafficker and a murderer, responsible for one murder of a person directly, and 149 in conspiracy, convictable to all of these things, and is possibly only doing 4 months in prison? How is this possible, first 31 dangerous criminals were released, and now their leader may only get 4 months, this reeks of corruption. If this is the result of the laws of our government, where a mass murderer, head drug trafficker, responsible for the deaths of 150 people, including an 11 year old boy, only serves 4 months in prison, and 31 are released who are no different in nature, then maybe the laws should be changed. 

It would be perfect timing considering the reason for letting off the 31 Hell's Angels, was because 'the government couldn't handle the trial'. So if a government can't even handle blatant crimes of murder, by homicidal drug dealers, then I believe the government should step up and make the laws to suit the safety of Canadian citizens, as well as to maintain their rights. I keep a blog, on this and many other reports in the public news media.

9 Toronto Hell's Angels Convicted

9 Toronto Hell's Angels have been convicted of drug trafficking, they were let off of being charged with organized crime, but good luck to the one's who were just arrested this year in Toronto too, caught in organized crime. Just not a good year for the Hell's Angels, I don't think they will last the year. 100 on trial in Quebec, these 9 and more from the recent bust convicted in Toronto, and having all of their club and drug houses seized in Ontario, and even the richest Hell's Angels, the entire East End on trial too. And having their Mexican drug connection infiltrated by the Feds.

I'm flipping through the pics of them on the report in the link below, which this post was based on, and wondering if any of these men who are now arrested could be the local leader, alias 'Santa'.

Canadian Law, Failure or Corruption?

31 Hell's Angels were released in Quebec, while 100 are still on trial, due to the Canadian justice system, 'not being able to handle it' apparently. The excuse was that they were only on trial for gangsterism and drug trafficking. So, if I commit either of those offenses (which I wouldn't), would you let me off because of all of the other trials going on in Canada? How does that differ? Why would you just release 31 dangerous criminals into the public, who are being convicted of drug trafficking and gangsterism? That is a threat to Canadian citizens, 150 people died at the hands of their organization, that's why they were on trial in the first place, and you're just going to let 31 dangerous criminals go?

I'm going to send a request to appeal the decision to the supreme court justice and Stephen Harper, I suggest you do the same. From what I've seen, apparently Stephen Harper is too busy slandering Justin Trudeau with videos that just make him look bad, instead of handling serious threats to the Canadian public, letting off several dangerous criminals back into the population. My letter is posted at the bottom of this post.

If a regular citizen were to commit drug trafficking or conspiracy to gangsterism, they would not be let off, so why are members of a gang, who are gangster affiliated let go, when a regular citizen wouldn't be let go? There are many trials going on in Canada right now, how would that be any different than those affiliated to the Hells Angels? Could they not make separate cases and delegate new prosecution, like with anyone else who is a current offender in Canada? I know this must bother you too. Is there any way to urge and appeal to have them arrested and put back on trial? I feel as though releasing 31 dangerous gang members is a danger to the public and a danger to reestablishment of the Hell's Angels, which is a threat to Canadian citizens, in some cases with little protection.

I keep a blog about the Hell's Angels, there is plenty of reason to see that having even one of them free is a threat to the public, with the many cases of homicide they are involved in. I've done some rough math and found that their "1%er" slogan, is actually around more 50-75% in America, with most likely 100% in conspiracy, as they all know what is going on around them.
